Ordering

How do I place an order?
 
Pick a category you wish to shop from and click your desired items and select the items you wish to put into your shopping bag.
After you’ve selected the quantities and the items you want to confirm your order and proceed to Check Out.
If you don’t have a La Shay account you can create one now!
Follow the instructions for billing information to complete your transaction.

 How can I track my order?  

You’ll receive an Invoice/Order number at the end of your purchase. With your Invoice/Order number you can check up on your order information anytime.
 
Can I cancel an order? 

Yes, you may cancel an order after you’ve placed it if it has not shipped.

How much sales tax will I charged?

The Federal Government requires we collect state tax from states where we have a physical presence. Our tax rates are based on our San Antonio, Texas store location!
  
Are the online prices the same as your store prices?

We try our best to maintain the same price for our stores and online. Sometimes there will be special prices at the store or online that may be different during a promotional period.

Returns and Exchanges

At La Shay we want you to have a fabulous time shopping with us online so if you for any reason believe the merchandise you received was not right for you we will gladly accept it back.
Keep in mind that our Return and Exchange Policy described below applys only to online purchases made through www.lashayboutique.com.

Hats, cosmetics, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds.

All returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with price tags intact and it must include the original invoice in order to receive a refund or exchange.

Your refund will be provided in the form of the tender in which your purchase was originally made. 
 
We do not accept returns for online purchases at our store. Please pack and seal your returns securely and include the original invoice and return form.

Any items that were defective or the merchandise you received was incorrect from your original invoice may be exchanged. Check off the appropriate box from your invoice and explain briefly why you are returning the merchandise to us. We will gladly replace your merchandise if stock is available. The shipping costs to send back your correct order will be on us!
For all merchandise that is returned to our customers for exchange will be sent UPS ground mail. 
If your item is out of stock then we will refund the amount back in the manner it was purchased.

For refunds or exchanges purchased online, please send by mail to the address provided. You will be responsible for the postage of returning the merchandise to us and your original shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
NOTE: We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back merchandise.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, if we have not shipped your order.  You can contact us by email  admin@lashayboutique.com   or calling us at (210)545-2706.  If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in the original shipping package if the merchandise is unworn, unwashed and undamaged in accordance with our return policy. All returns must be mailed to:

We may cancel your order. . .

We reserve the right to cancel your order and/or refuse to accept subsequent orders in certain situations.
Orders will not be processed if there is an error in information you provided, which may include but is not limited to:
* Incorrect credit card number;
* Incorrect credit card expiration date or card security code;
* Incorrect billing information or the information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record;
* Insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided (street address, city, state, zip or postal code); or
* Information provided is deemed fraudulent.
 
 Technical Issues
 
Your Order may also be cancelled due to technical failures or glitches that are not within our control such as power outages, crashing of servers, or other similar events that may temporarily take our website off-line. If your Order is cancelled due to technical failure, you should first confirm that your credit card was not charged by calling your credit card company or bank, and then place your order again when the website is back online. 
 
Authorization of account 
 
La Shay Boutique reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information and for your protection; your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order properly filled and delivered to customer or illegal use of a credit card.  
 
Stock Availability

We try to provide accurate quantities online, however some orders can be placed simultaneously and cause us to actually show available quantity when we are out of stock.  If this occurs we will notify you as soon as possible.
 If an item is "out of stock", please check back with us often. Our quantities are limited in each category, and our goal is to replenish our stock as quickly as we can. Many items are one of a kind and have limited quantities.  Please let us know if there any particular items or colors you are interested in. Special requests & opinions are always welcome.
